The real advantage of higher amp output isn’t just the amps—it’s the reduced voltage sag under load. Because the cells aren’t pushed to their limits, voltage stays higher during use, resulting in more power (watts) at the same current. This means you get closer to the cell’s full rated capacity while keeping temperatures lower.

Mods
The new battery requires an Evolve BMS to work. If you have a working BMS in your board we can remove it and attach it to the new one. If not we have some aftermarket clones available.
Bamboo GT – Enclosure spacer. Either 3d printer or closed cell foam
Bamboo GTX and CGT – 3D printed ESC riser
The install can be done in the warehouse by TinnieSinker for just $55 or a carton of tinnies (includes printed parts)
